According to data from the Municipal Finance Bureau, in 2019, the city's total fiscal revenue will be 14.05 billion yuan, an increase of 9% year-on-year and 100.9% of the budget. The city's total fiscal revenue crosses two 1 billion yuan barriers, breaks through 14 billion yuan, a record high, and completes the “13th Five-Year Plan” revenue target one year in advance.
Among them, the general public budget revenue was 7.55 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.3%; the central government revenue was 5.81 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.3%; and the export value-added tax refund for export goods was 140 million yuan. Tax revenue in total revenue was 11.36 billion yuan, an increase of 3.9% year-on-year, and tax revenue accounted for 80.8%; non-tax revenue was 2.69 billion yuan, an increase of 37.3% year-on-year.
At the same time, in 2019, the city's financial expenditure was 18.84 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13%. Of which, the expenditure on people's livelihood was 14.95 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.6%. General public services, public safety, education, science and technology, social security, health, urban and rural communities, energy saving and environmental protection expenditures totaled 14.64 billion yuan, an increase of 20.5% year-on-year.
