The action is based on the "three investigations and two clearings" as a guideline for action, focusing on areas with high wage arrears, focusing on engineering construction areas that employ more migrant workers, labor-intensive processing and manufacturing industries, and highlighting government-invested engineering projects, State-owned enterprise projects and processing and manufacturing enterprises vulnerable to export trade frictions.
During the inspection, the inspectors of the District Human Resources and Social Affairs Bureau focused on checking whether the employers paid migrant workers' wages in full and on time, the government investment projects and state-owned enterprise approval supervision, capital implementation, and project settlements on schedule, and the real-name system of migrant workers was implemented in the construction field Management, special accounts for migrant workers' wages, and bank-issued wages guarantee the implementation of the wage payment system.
Up to now, the inspection team has inspected a total of 24 construction sites and 127 labor-intensive enterprises, and has distributed 5,000 copies of "letter to the vast number of migrant worker friends". Among them, two companies were found to have hidden dangers of wage arrears, and companies were urged to pay 319 million yuan for 184 migrant workers.
